DeHoff’s is always looking for qualified employees who desire to work at a growing company! We accept internships, full-time and part-time applications all year round, but we do most hiring before Spring—(February, March, April)

Positions currently available (Jan. 16, 2008): All landscape positions require a valid driver’s license:

· Landscape crew foreman. (0 positions available) This person must have landscaping experience and be able to lead and manage a crew of 2-3 persons. This person should have basic horticulture knowledge and be able to complete detailed tasks in an efficient manner. Must work well with people and be able to communicate effectively to co-workers and customers

· Landscape chemical applicator (1 position available) This person is responsible for making fertilizer/pesticide applications for a large number of accounts. Must be able to work by themselves and be able to schedule applications and make efficient routes. This person must be able to obtain if not have an Ohio pesticide license.

· Landscape Laborers (0 positions available) This person must be able to complete physical work in an efficient manner. Must listen and follow directions well and have an interest in horticulture.

· Internships (0 available) - We provide internships for horticulture students interested in gaining experience in a wide range of opportunities. Whether you want experience in greenhouse production, garden center retail, landscape maintenance, or landscape installation we can provide a customized program to give experience in all categories or just one.
